To request deletion of any server-side data associated with your account or device, contact us by email and we will process your request within 30 days.
The quickest way to delete your data is directly inside Stewrd:
If you want us to confirm deletion of any data held server-side (such as session data associated with your device), email us with your request. Include a brief description of what you'd like deleted. We will respond within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
✉ Email a deletion requestNote on in-app purchases: If you have an active Stewrd subscription, cancelling it is separate from deleting your data. Subscriptions are managed via Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) — you can cancel there at any time. Subscription records are held by Google/Apple, not by Stewrd directly.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request erasure of personal data we hold about you. This right applies where:
We will honour all valid deletion requests. If you have concerns about how your data is handled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
